Design an illustrated menu that you think would go down well at one of Quebec's many festivals. It's up to you to choose the festival.
Select about nine dishes from the ideas that Joseph has given you and display them clearly in French and English (in line with Canadian law). Make sure you offer a mixture of local specialities and international dishes, and that you include information about particular diets e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free etc.
For extra kudos points: - Include a few sentences about each dish to make it sound really enticing
- Present and illustrate your menu to fit in with the theme of your chosen festival
- Add an original dish, e.g. a Canadian one you have researched or a family favourite then describe it in the same way.
Bonne chance!
